John Burnside

John Burnside is a Scottish poet, novelist, and memoirist known for his exploration of the natural world, psychology, and the uncanny. He won the T.S. Eliot Prize in 2011 for Black Cat Bone (Cape Poetry) and is also a winner of the Forward Prize. His poetry has been widely praised for its meditative intensity.
