About John Brunner
John Kilian Houston Brunner (1934-1995) was a prolific British science fiction author best known for his dystopian "Club of Rome Quartet": Stand on Zanzibar (1968, Hugo and BSFA Awards), The Jagged Orbit (1969, BSFA Award), The Sheep Look Up (1972), and The Shockwave Rider (1975), where he coined "worm" for computer malware and predicted viruses.
