Jen Beagin

Jen Beagin (born 1971) is an American novelist. She holds an MFA from UC Irvine and received a Whiting Award in fiction. Her acclaimed novels include Pretend I'm Dead (2015), Vacuum in the Dark (2019), and Big Swiss (2023), the latter being her most popular work adapted for HBO.
