Javier Marías

Javier Marías (1951-2022) was a renowned Spanish novelist, translator, and columnist, best known for works like A Heart So White, Tomorrow in the Battle Think on Me, and the Your Face Tomorrow trilogy, which are widely regarded as his masterpieces. His books have been translated into 46 languages and sold nearly nine million copies worldwide. He received major awards including the International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award (1997), the Rómulo Gallegos Prize (1995), the Prix Formentor (2013), and was elected to the Real Academia Española.
