James K. Morrow (born March 17, 1947) is an American novelist and short-story writer known for his satirical science fiction and fantasy that explores philosophical and theological questions. His most notable works include the Godhead Trilogy (Towing Jehovah, Blameless in Abaddon, The Eternal Footman), Only Begotten Daughter, City of Truth, and The Last Witchfinder. He has won two World Fantasy Awards, two Nebula Awards, the Theodore Sturgeon Memorial Award, and the Grand Prix de l'Imaginaire.
