James Agee

James Agee (1909-1955) was an American author renowned for his novel A Death in the Family, which won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 1958 posthumously, his collaborative work Let Us Now Praise Famous Men with Walker Evans, and screenplays for films like The African Queen and The Night of the Hunter.
