Ian Wolfran Cornwall

Ian Wolfran Cornwall (1909–1994) was a British archaeologist, academic, and author known for his textbooks on archaeological methods and children's books on prehistory. His notable works include Bones for the Archaeologist (1956), Soils for the Archaeologist (1958), and The Making of Man (1960), the latter earning him the Carnegie Medal in 1961.I. W. Cornwall -
