About Helen Cross
Helen Cross (born 1967) is an English author best known for her debut novel My Summer of Love (2001), which won the Betty Trask Award and was adapted into a film that received the Alexander Korda Award for Best British Film at the 2005 BAFTAs. She has published additional novels including The Secrets She Keeps (2005) and Spilt Milk, Black Coffee (2009), and writes award-nominated audio dramas for BBC Radio 4, such as Blue Eyed Boy, a finalist for the 2012 BBC Audio Drama Awards Innovation Award.
