Harold R. Isaacs

Harold Robert Isaacs (1910-1986) was an American journalist, political scientist, and author best known for his influential works on China and Asia, including The Tragedy of the Chinese Revolution (1938) and Scratches on Our Minds (1958), the latter analyzing evolving American perceptions of China and India.
