Hanya Yanagihara

Hanya Yanagihara is an American novelist and editor born in Los Angeles in 1974. She is the editor-in-chief of T: The New York Times Style Magazine. Her debut novel The People in the Trees (2013) was widely praised. A Little Life (2015) was shortlisted for the Booker Prize 2015, won the Kirkus Prize, and was a finalist for the National Book Award. Her third novel To Paradise (2022) was also a major critical success.
