Guy Burt (born 1972) is an English novelist and BAFTA award-winning screenwriter best known for his debut psychological horror novel After the Hole (1993), which won the Betty Trask Award and was adapted into the film The Hole (2001), along with subsequent novels Sophie (1994) and The Dandelion Clock (1999), and screenwriting for series such as The Borgias, Wire in the Blood, and Alex Rider.
