About Evan Fallenberg

Evan Fallenberg (born August 8, 1961) is an American-born author and translator of Hebrew literature who resides in Israel. Penguin Random House. His debut novel Light Fell (2008) won the Stonewall Book Award and Edmund White Award, with subsequent works including When We Danced on Water (2011) and The Parting Gift (2018); he has translated notable Israeli authors like Meir Shalev. Jewish Book Council.
