About Esmé Weijun Wang
Esmé Weijun Wang (born c. 1982) is an American writer of Taiwanese descent, born in the Midwest. She is the author of the novel The Border of Paradise (2016) and the New York Times bestselling essay collection The Collected Schizophrenias (2019), which explores her experiences with schizoaffective disorder and won the Graywolf Nonfiction Prize and Whiting Award.
