Elizabeth O'Connor (born 1991) is an English author from Birmingham known for her debut novel Whale Fall (2024), set on a fictional Welsh island in 1938, which won the 2025 Chautauqua Prize, Betty Trask Award, and was longlisted for the Dublin Literary Award and Ondaatje Prize; she previously won the 2020 White Review Short Story Prize for "Woman with a White Pekingese."
