About Elizabeth Moon
Elizabeth Moon (born March 7, 1945) is an American science fiction and fantasy author best known for her military-themed works including the Paksenarrion fantasy trilogy starting with Sheepfarmer's Daughter and the Vatta's War science fiction series. She won the Nebula Award for Best Novel for The Speed of Dark in 2003, the Compton Crook Award for her debut novel Sheepfarmer's Daughter in 1989, and the Robert A. Heinlein Award in 2007.
