Elizabeth Hand

Elizabeth Hand is an American author of literary horror, dark fantasy, and science fiction. She was nominated for the Bram Stoker Award for Best Novel for Hard Light (2016), part of her Cass Neary crime series. She has won multiple World Fantasy Awards and has been a finalist for numerous other awards.
