About Eileen Dreyer
Eileen Dreyer (born 1952) is an American author of contemporary and historical romance, suspense, and medical thrillers, who also writes under the pen name Kathleen Korbel; a retired trauma nurse from St. Louis, Missouri, she published her first novel in 1986 and is best known for the Drake's Rakes series. com, Book Series in Order. A five-time winner of the Romance Writers of America RITA Award (including for A Soldier's Heart and The Ice Cream Man), she was inducted into the RWA Hall of Fame in 1995 and has received Romantic Times awards and an Anthony Award nomination.
