Earlene Fowler

Earlene Fowler (born 1954) is an American mystery novelist best known for her Benni Harper series, set in the fictional California town of San Celina, featuring folk art museum curator and quilter Benni Harper. Her most notable work, Mariner's Compass (1999), won the Agatha Award for Best Novel, with several others receiving nominations.com
