About Diana Evans
Diana Evans is a British novelist born in London in 1972. Her debut novel 26a (2005) won the Orange Award for New Writers and the Betty Trask Prize. Ordinary People (2018) won the Diverse Book Award and was shortlisted for the Women's Prize for Fiction and the Costa Novel Award. Louisa (2024) was longlisted for the Booker Prize. Evans is a graduate of the University of the Arts London.
