About David Loye
David Elliot Loye (1925-2022) was an American author, psychologist, and evolutionary systems scientist best known for his national award-winning book The Healing of a Nation (Anisfield-Wolfe Award, 1971), which addressed racism in America, and Darwin's Lost Theory, which reinterpreted Charles Darwin's views on moral evolution over "survival of the fittest" David Loye site. He authored numerous works on psychology, futures studies, moral evolution, and co-founded the General Evolution Research Group, earning honors like the Moral Pioneering Award (1993) and an honorary doctorate from Saybrook Graduate School (2008).
