Camonghne Felix

Camonghne Felix is an American poet, essayist, and professor of writing at The New School. Born in the Bronx in 1992, she is the author of Build Yourself a Boat, longlisted for the 2019 National Book Award for Poetry, and Dyscalculia. Let the Poets Govern, published by One World, was longlisted for the 2026 National Book Award for Nonfiction. She has worked as a political communications strategist.
