Benjamin Allen "Ben" H. Winters (born June 14, 1976) is an American author best known for his mystery/sci-fi novels including the award-winning Last Policeman trilogy (The Last Policeman, Countdown City, World of Trouble) and Underground Airlines. His works have earned the Edgar Award, Philip K. Dick Award, Sidewise Award, and France's Grand Prix de l'Imaginaire, among other accolades, and he is also a New York Times bestseller and creator of the CBS series Tracker. He lives in Los Angeles.
