Barbara Demick

Barbara Demick is an American journalist and author. Her book Nothing to Envy: Ordinary Lives in North Korea won the Samuel Johnson Prize in 2010 and the BBC Four Samuel Johnson Prize. She covered China and Korea for the Los Angeles Times.
