Ari Shavit

Ari Shavit (born November 16, 1957, in Rehovot, Israel) is an Israeli journalist, columnist, and author best known for his 2013 New York Times bestseller My Promised Land: The Triumph and Tragedy of Israel, which earned awards including the Anisfield-Wolf Book Award, Natan Book Award, and National Jewish Book Award in history.
