Anna Ralph (also known as Anna Barker) is a British novelist and journalist born in Thornaby-on-Tees in 1974, whose debut novel The Floating Island (2008) won the Betty Trask Award for best debut from the Society of Authors.Royal Literary Fund,Penguin Books.
