About André Savignon

André Savignon (1878–1947) was a French novelist best known for winning the prestigious Prix Goncourt in 1912 for his work Les filles de la pluie, which depicts daily life on Ouessant Island. Other notable works include St Malo nid de corsaires, Une femme dans chaque port, and Le secret des eaux.
