About Amanda Coplin
Amanda Coplin is an American novelist born in Wenatchee, Washington. She earned her BA from the University of Oregon and MFA from the University of Minnesota, and her debut novel The Orchardist became a New York Times bestseller, winning awards including the 2013 American Book Award and Washington State Book Award for Fiction. She has received the Whiting Writer's Award and was named to the National Book Foundation's 5 Under 35 in 2013.
