About Albert Palle

Albert Palle (1916-2007) was a French writer best known for his novel L'Expérience (1959), which won the prestigious Prix Renaudot. Born in Le Havre, he studied under Jean-Paul Sartre and Raymond Aron, fought in the French Resistance earning the Croix de guerre, and contributed journalism to publications like Le Combat, France Dimanche, and Elle.
